The ARBE journal provides immediate open access (open access) to published articles. The entire content of the journal is available free of charge to users, including institutions, without additional registration. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search the full text of each article, as well as publish links to it without obtaining permission from the publisher or author. The journal’s content has been published under a CC BY 4.0 license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) since its inception (2021).

No fees are charged for the publication and submission of an article to the ARBE journal.
